Sell-side advisory to Zirve’s shareholders in selling majority stake in Zirve to Turkven and Earlybird

Established in 2002, Zirve is a leading commercial software company in Turkey with an active customer base of more than 40,000 companies. Zirve offers proprietary software products for accounting, finance, payroll, inventory management and manufacturing as well as e-transformation services for e-invoice, e-archive and e-ledger. Turkven is the leading private equity firm in Turkey with assets under management greater than US$2 billion. Some of its other investments include Mikro Yazılım, Medical Park, Flo, Koton, MNG Kargo, Mavi, Vansan, Provus, Digiturk, Pronet, Domino’s Turkey and Russia and Doğtaş. Earlybird, who invested into Zirve along with Turkven, is globally one of the leading venture capital firms with more than 100 investments in technology and internet businesses.

This was an add-on transaction for Turkven and Earlybird on the back of the Micro acquisition a year ago.
